PRESENT SIMPLE -S

Present simple verbs have two forms: the infinitive form (have, go want) and the -s form (has, goes, wants).

Use the -s form in affirmative sentences with he/she/it: He has a new cell phone. She goes to tae kwon do class once a week. The dog (it) wants a bone.

Use the infinitive form in all other cases. To make questions and negative with  he/she/it use does or doesn't and the infinitive form: She doesn't do karate. It doesn't want vegetables. Does he play the saxophone?

AFFIRMATIVE

I cycle every day.

He takes the bus.
Lisa hates math.
Kevin goes to school on the bus.
